The Tuahine Troupe is a group of selected aspiring mele students specializing in the perpetuation of Hawaiian cultural knowledge through mele performance. Since 2010, the Tuahine Troupe has supported protocol events, graduation ceremonies, scholarship fundraisers, mentorship programs, federal grant efforts and community engagements, locally, nationally and internationally. The Tuahine Troupe has graced a number of prestigious stages including the John F. Kennedy Center for the Performing Arts in Washington, D.C. and the IUCN World Conservation Congress in Jeju, Korea. In 2021, The Tuahine Troupe released their first cd entitled, "Keāiwaokulamanu."
